Company Challenges

The local health clinic was almost invisible online when I first began the project. The site was only getting 3 clicks, with just 1,920 impressions and a 0.2% CTR in Google Search Console. Its average position was 45, meaning it wasn’t ranking for important local keywords. As a result, the clinic had no patients coming from organic traffic.

Project Overview

I started with a complete SEO audit to uncover all technical and structural issues. This included reviewing the website design, site structure, and user experience. After diagnosing the problems, I planned a step-by-step SEO strategy to rebuild the site’s online presence and make it competitive in the local healthcare market.

SEO Strategies

My work began with fixing all the technical issues that were preventing the site from performing. I resolved indexing problems, improved crawlability, repaired broken links, and optimized site speed so search engines could properly understand and rank the site. After that, I carried out detailed keyword research to identify the exact terms local patients were searching for.

Using these insights, I built dedicated service pages for treatments. Each page was crafted with semantically optimized content, balancing keyword targeting with a natural, patient-friendly style. To strengthen the clinic’s topical authority, I also created a content plan of blogs and FAQs that answered real patient questions, such as “chiropractor near me” and “does insurance cover physiotherapy.”

Finally, I enhanced on-page SEO by refining titles, headings, and meta descriptions, while also implementing structured data (Schema) so Google could better understand the healthcare services offered.

Results

The results show powerful and consistent growth over the past three months. According to Google Search Console, the website climbed from almost no activity to 1,660+ total clicks and 144,000+ impressions, with the average click-through rate rising to 1.2%. The average ranking position improved significantly to 16.7, meaning the site is now appearing much more frequently on the first two pages of Google across multiple high-value keywords.

Google Analytics confirms this momentum. Over the last 90 days, the website recorded 5,800 total users, a 109% increase compared to the previous period. Sessions grew to 7,300 (up 90.9%), and new users reached 5,600+, also up 109%. Traffic spiked sharply in early November and has remained consistently higher than the previous quarter’s baseline.

Overall, the SEO strategy has transformed the site from low visibility to a strong, steadily growing traffic source, improving both rankings and user engagement across the entire website.
