Company Challenges
When I first began working with this Dubai-based immigration consulting company, the website had almost no organic traction. Search Console data showed only 3 clicks and about 1,580 impressions over the measured period. Despite offering reputable immigration services, the website struggled to reach people searching for guidance, support, or visa information.
A deeper audit also revealed that the site had multiple duplicate versions indexed, www, non-www, HTTP, HTTPS, and alternate URL paths, splitting authority across several versions of the same pages. This severely limited visibility and confused search engines, making it difficult for the business to build a consistent presence online.
The company needed a complete SEO cleanup and a structured content strategy to compete effectively in Dubai’s immigration consulting market.
Project Overview
I began with a full SEO audit to identify the technical obstacles and structural flaws preventing the site from gaining visibility. The goals were clear: resolve all duplication issues, consolidate domain authority into a single correct version, and rebuild the site’s content and technical foundation so it could gain stable visibility and attract more qualified leads from Dubai and surrounding regions.
The audit revealed several gaps, including inconsistent URL structures, indexing conflicts, scattered content signals, and missed opportunities in on-page optimization. Fixing these underlying problems was essential before focusing on growth.
SEO Strategies
My first focus was on addressing the duplicate website versions. I consolidated the site into one correct canonical version, implemented proper redirects, and ensured that Google recognized a single source of truth. This alone helped stabilize indexing and prevent authority dilution.
Once the structure was clean, I improved crawlability, enhanced site speed, and corrected indexing issues so search engines could accurately understand and serve the site. From there, I optimized core service pages to communicate the company’s expertise clearly while maintaining a natural, user-friendly tone.
I refreshed outdated content and added new informational resources designed to support individuals seeking immigration guidance. Internal linking was refined to strengthen content relationships, and key business information was aligned across all major platforms, including Google Business Profile, to improve discoverability for Dubai-based users.
With a stable technical foundation and more relevant content in place, the website was finally positioned to grow organically.
Results
The results showed a great improvement in overall visibility and engagement. Search Console data demonstrates growth from 3 total clicks to 493, and impressions increased from 1,580 to more than 59,400 in just a few months. This reflects a major jump in the site’s ability to appear for relevant searches and reach people needing immigration support.
Google Analytics confirmed the same upward trend. Over the past 90 days, the website reached 3.3K total users, a 175% increase from the previous period. Active users rose by 174%, and page views grew to 5.5K, showing a 95% improvement in overall engagement. This indicates not just better visibility, but stronger interest and interaction from potential clients.
Together, these improvements transformed the site from a fragmented, low-visibility presence into a unified, stable, and steadily growing online platform. By resolving the duplication issues and rebuilding the technical foundation, the company now has a clear path to long-term growth in the competitive Dubai immigration market.
